After shipment, the estimated transit time for U.S. orders is 6–9 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 7–12 business days, including processing and transit.

Eligible U.S. orders currently receive Free Standard Shipping.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@molinetech.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipping.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must generally be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

For customer-choice returns, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

10. Order Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has entered processing or shipping.
